I cannot see anything when I start the app

If you see a black screen (and the music is still playing), there are 2 things you can do:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Check your firewall settings and open the correct ports

If the problem persists, contact the Development Team.

Alternatively, this could be an issue with our service provider. If that is the case, trust that we have detected the issue and it will be solved quickly.
