2. Create a meeting in MeetinVR
After creating an account and joining a team in MeetinVR the 2nd step is to learn how to create a meeting in MeetinVR.
If you have not created an account and joined a team go back to the previous guide on how to create an account and join a team in MeetinVR.
With meetings in MeetinVR you can enhance the experience of your virtual meeting by connecting with others and elevating your interactions. In these kind of meetings you will be able to use tools like whiteboards, unlimited number of notes and the possibility to bring your files into 3D space to take brainstorming to a whole new level. It is not necessary to create a meeting, you can also enjoy the features of MeetinVR in a Team room without scheduling a meeting.
To create a meeting in MeetinVR you have to use the MeetinVR dashboard.
Open the MeetinVR dashboard and log in to your account.
Select the Meetings tab located in the top menu.
Click on +Add meeting.
Enter your meeting information.
Meeting information:
Meeting name
Meeting description
Date and time
Select a room
Temporary room: Only exists for the meeting and will be deleted after the meeting.
Team room: Persistent rooms with the possibility to saves all objects in between meetings.
Enter e-mail for participants
You can invite people from your team or outside of your team as a guest.
All participants will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information.
Select Create Meeting.
E-mail for the meeting
After scheduling a meeting all participants will receive an e-mail with these information:
Name of the Meeting
Date and time of the meeting
Meeting description
Meeting code, with which you can join the meeting
