3. Manage a team in MeetinVR

After learning how to manage rooms the 3rd step is to learn how to manage a team in MeetinVR.

If you do not know how to manage rooms, view the guide on how to manage rooms in MeetinVR.

MeetinVR teams allow you to share rooms, files and meetings with your colleagues.

Invite a team member

  1. Open the MeetinVR dashboard and log in to your account.

  2. Select the Team tab located in the top menu. In the Team menu you will see all team members.

  3. Click on +Add user at the bottom.

It is possible to add all your colleagues to your MeetinVR team. To remove the watermark of their view you need to assign licenses. This will be explained in the 4th part of this getting started guide.

Delete a team member

  1. Open the MeetinVR dashboard and log in to your account.

  2. Select the Team tab located in the top menu. In the Team menu you will see all team members.

  3. Under each team member you will see a trash can icon.

  4. Click the trash can icon to delete the team member.
