5. Join a meeting in MeetinVR

After installing MeetinVR the next step is to learn how to join a meeting in MeetinVR.

MeetinVR meetings offer an enriched virtual experience, enabling seamless connection and heightened interactions with others. Within these sessions, you gain access tools including whiteboards, unlimited note-taking capabilities and the ability to integrate your files into 3D space.

To join a meeting in MeetinVR you need to be invited and receive an invitation e-mail.

Invitation e-mail

The invitation e-mail contains the following Information:

• Name of the Meeting

• Date and time of the meeting

• Meeting description

• Meeting code, with which you can join the meeting

• A small guide on how to access the meeting

You can join a MeetinVR meeting either as a guest or with your MeetinVR account.

Joining a meeting in MeetinVR as a guest

1. Start the MeetinVR software on your computer or start the MeetinVR App on your VR headset.

2. Click on Guest.

3. Select Join a meeting.

4. Accept the Terms of use.

5. The code can be found in the invitation e-mail.

6. Select Join.

Join a meeting in MeetinVR using an account

1. Start the MeetinVR software on your computer or start the MeetinVR App on your VR headset.

2. Select Login.

3. Enter your email address and your password.

4. Select Upcoming Meetings.

5. Enter the meeting code at the top. The code can be found in the invitation e-mail.

6. Select Join.
